A relatively new product on our shelves is the Chinese Goji berry, or wolfberries, as they also called. They can be labelled under the now popular term super foods, food that heals and keeps you in shape.
And the goji berry are very rich in vitamins and minerals and the most sensational in this context, an extremely high content of antioxidants, that prevents cancer and prevents free radicals. Free radicals breaks down cells in our bodies that makes us aging and our skin to age. Antioxidants prevent this process.
